(NYSE: BHVN) ("Biohaven") announced today that it has commenced a public offering of 20,000,000 of its common shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (the "Registration Statement") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Biohaven expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 common shares. Biohaven intends to use the net proceeds received from the offering for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as book-running manager in the offering.
